Services offered through She Builds Systems may include:

• AI consulting and strategy.
• Business systems and process assessments.
• AI training and workshops.
• Website, client experience, and workflow implementation solutions.
• Educational resources and virtual events.

The actual deliverables, timelines, costs, and support for any service are determined by the specific proposal, order, or booking confirmation for that service.

You agree to provide accurate information when you submit inquiries or schedule services. You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the site, accounts, or connected systems.
• Misuse AI features, automations, or system integrations we provide or configure.

Consultations are subject to availability. Session length and price are as stated at the time of booking. An appointment is confirmed only after booking and any required payment are successfully completed.

Rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms shown during checkout or in your booking confirmation, or otherwise agreed with you in writing, control for that booking.

Where we advertise a promotion, such as a strategy session fee credited toward an implementation package booked within a stated period, that promotion applies according to the conditions stated in the offer and your booking confirmation.

A consultation does not guarantee a completed build, a specific deliverable, or any particular business result.

Prices and what is included are disclosed at checkout or on your invoice. Payments are processed by supported third-party payment processors.

Terms for events, VIP experiences, and digital materials, including how they are delivered, are governed by the specific listing, booking confirmation, or an explicit agreement with you. If we make material changes to an event or offering, we will communicate them as appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms overrides rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

When you work with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and only data you are authorized to share.
• Provide necessary access and timely approvals.
• Ensure your organization uses any systems we help create lawfully.
• Not upload sensitive or confidential information without appropriate safeguards or an agreed arrangement.
• Maintain human oversight of systems, especially automations that communicate with your customers.

AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or unpredictable. Implementations depend on third-party platforms, including their availability, eligibility requirements, policies, and integrations. You are responsible for reviewing critical outputs before relying on them.

Offering AI assistance does not mean we provide legal, tax, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. We do not promise any revenue, conversion rate, or uninterrupted system operation.

Website text, logos, designs, and training materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy them for commercial purposes without permission.

Ownership and licensing of client-specific deliverables are governed by your client agreement. You keep ownership of your original information and grant us limited permission to use it to deliver services to you.

Any testimonials or case studies describe specific situations and do not guarantee typical or similar outcomes. We use client-specific or confidential materials in case studies only with permission, as applicable.

This site and our services may use or link to third-party platforms, such as booking, payment, and event tools. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them.

The website and its general educational information are provided on an "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. General content on the site is not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website's general information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. We may restrict access for anyone who abuses or misuses the site. Changes or restrictions do not take away rights you have already earned, such as services you have paid for under their applicable terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, subject to any consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
